    How do I refer a friend to The Taxi Centre?

    Simply request a referral cheque from us, fill in your details, and pass it to your friend. Alternatively, your friend can just mention your full name when they first enquire - it's that easy!

    How do I get paid for referring someone?

    Once your friend completes a qualifying purchase, we'll send you £150 - either by cheque or bank transfer. Your friend will also receive £100!

    When will I receive my referral reward?

    Rewards are issued once the full payment for the vehicle has been made, the vehicle is registered (new), and the handover is complete.

    Can I refer more than one friend?

    Yes! There's no limit to how many people you can refer. The more friends you refer, the more rewards you earn.

    Do I have to be an existing customer to refer someone?

    Yes, you need to have purchased from The Taxi Centre in order to make referrals.

    Who qualifies as a new customer?

    A new customer is someone who has not previously purchased a vehicle from The Taxi Centre.

    Can my friend still get the reward if they forget to mention me?

    Unfortunately, no. Your friend must mention you at the point of first enquiry or provide a completed referral cheque before their order is placed. We can't accept retrospective claims.

    Is there a time limit on claiming the referral reward?

    There's no set expiry date, but the scheme may be withdrawn or amended at any time. It's best to act sooner rather than later!

    Terms & Conditions

    • Referrers will receive £150 and referred customers will receive £100 after a qualifying taxi purchase is completed.
    • A qualifying purchase is defined as full payment received, vehicle registered (new), and the vehicle handed over to the buyer.
    • To be valid, the referral must be declared before the order is placed - either via a referral cheque or by providing the referrer's name at point of enquiry.
    • Retrospective claims are not accepted.
    • Referral payments are made via cheque or bank transfer.
    • The offer is only valid for new customers of The Taxi Centre.
    • Only one referral reward per transaction.
    • The referred customer must not be an existing or previous customer of The Taxi Centre.
    • The scheme is open to customers of The Taxi Centre. Employees of The Taxi Centre and its group companies, their agents, and family members are excluded.
    • We reserve the right to withhold or refuse payment if we suspect abuse or non-compliance with these terms.
